Black Canyon Raceway Announces 2026 Racing Season Schedule
Black Canyon Raceway is proud to officially announce its 2026 racing season schedule, highlighted by Three two-day events, a special tribute race, and a full slate of Friday night outlaw kart action.
The season kicks off with a Practice Day on March 28, giving teams and drivers their first opportunity to dial in their equipment ahead of Opening Night.
Opening Night is set for April 3, featuring all Outlaw Kart divisions and marking the official start of what promises to be an unforgettable year at the track.
The 2026 season schedule includes:
April 17 – All Outlaw Kart divisions + Speedway Karts
May 1 & 2 – Gem Cup
Our first two-day show of the season. Each night will be a complete program of racing action. Combined points from both nights will determine the Gem Cup Champion in each class. Gem Cup trophies awarded in every division.
May 15 – All Outlaw Kart divisions
May 22 – All Outlaw Kart divisions
June 6 – All Outlaw Kart divisions + Speedway Karts
June 26 & 27 – Tater Cup 250
Our second two-day show of the season. Held the week before America’s 250th birthday celebration. Saturday will feature a combined 250 laps of racing action in honor of the historic milestone. The night will conclude with the Caged Clones competing in a 50-lap feature paying $1,000 to win. More Details to come.
July 17 – All Outlaw Kart divisions
August 7 – All Outlaw Kart divisions
August 28 – All Outlaw Kart divisions
September 11 – Hasson Hustler, All Outlaw Kart divisions + Speedway Karts
A special tribute honoring longtime Idaho racing flagman, fireman, and dedicated supporter Mike Hasson
September 25 – All Outlaw Kart divisions
The season finale will be the prestigious:
October 9 & 10 – Topher Classic
Featuring Box Stock, 250, Open, and Caged Clone divisions, Each division will race for a minimum of $500 to win. The Open division will headline with $5,000 to win.
From season-long Outlaw Kart competition to special two-day showcases and meaningful tributes, Black Canyon Raceway’s 2026 season is built to deliver competitive racing and unforgettable moments for drivers and fans alike.
